  Juniper Publishers -  Journal of Oceanography Introduction Background:  Recreational fishing is a multi-billion dollar industry in the state of Florida according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission (FFWC). In recent years recreational saltwater fishing license sales have exceeded a count of 1.5 million annually . With millions of people taking to the water every year to try their luck in some of the best fishing waters around the water, there is a significant need for angler education about the legal, ethical, and sustainable implications that surround angling in south Florida. Shown in  Figure 1 , the Miami Science Barge (the Barge) has been docked on the waters of Biscayne Bay just north of downtown Miami since April of 2016. These practices include Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs)/Socio-economic Impact Assesments (SIAs)/Health, Safety and Environmental Impact Assessments (HSEIAs), Environmental Management Systems (EMS)/Health, Safety and Environmental Management systems (HSEMS), Environmental Performance Evaluation (EPE), Environmental Monitoring and auditing and Environmental Reporting. The work also articulates the links and integration between these practices for better coastal and marine pollution prevention. After reviewing the above mentioned practices, we recommend the coastal and maritime industries to consider the integration between EIA and EMS to achieve sustaiable development.   Juniper Publishers -  Journal of Oceanography Abstract This study done in 2010-2011 through Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, in 32 studies from 8 transects (Astara, Anzali, Sefidrood, Tonekabon, Noshahr, Babolsar, and Bandar Turkman). In each transect, have choosen 5 stations and different depths of 5m, 10m, 20m, 50m and 100m were sampled quarterly from the zero depth (level), 10m, 20m, 50m and 100m were by Niskin sampler. Since 2005 a new species of diatoms called Pseudo-nitzschia seriata found in the southern Caspian Sea and in the Caspian Sea, adapted itself to new conditions and the ability to grow and reproduce in the environment has increased.
